About HVPTO Events & Fundraisers
and the Volunteers Who Make Them Happen
HVPTO Events and Fundraisers only happen when we have great volunteers to lead the way. Some of these jobs are quick, can almost run themselves and can be done by one person. Some of the jobs require a lot of planning, managing and a big committee. We have positions that run the gamut and EVERY Event Chair is needed and appreciated.

Job Description: Sets up for and runs our Parking Lot Fundraiser on the 4th of July
Job Description: Manages relationship with School Supplies vendor and delivery of Kits to classrooms

Job Description: Organizes school groups, community groups, entertainment and food vendors to participate in the HVS-wide Back to School Picnic
Job Description: Works with the Photographer and manages customer sign ups for HVPTO’s annual Family Portraits Fundraiser at the Hermosa Beach Pier
Job Description: Works with the Game Vendors, manages Game Volunteer Sign-Ups, and manages food & game ticket sales for the annual HVPTO Halloween Carnival
